Yes! Radiant is an Apple Authorised Reseller. We are in business since 2017 and have a store in Pathankot, Punjab.  

By signing up with us you are signing up to amazing offers, Cashbacks and No-cost EMIs on your purchases. We have BlueDart and Delhivery as our courier partners, so all your orders will be shipped out fast and securely.

Payment

You can shop with us and make the payment via UPI, Net Banking, all major Credit and Debit Cards, and selected wallets. 

COD is available with partial payments. Normally 5% of your order value is charged up-front in case of COD orders.

We also offer easy No-Cost EMI via Zest Money.

It is important to note that all Apple products available on affordability need to be purchased via PineLabs Payment gateway and appropriate option needs to be selected for those.

If you want to pay via cheque or  some other payment method, you can use the following bank details but keep in mind that product will only be dispatched after payment is settled into the account. Shipping

We tied up with BlueDart and Delhivery to offer our customers with the best shipping experience. 

Our pan India TAT is 4-5 working days and all orders are insured via transit insurance. So you can be sure that you will receive your order soon and you don't need to worry about mishandling of your order. Simply say no and don't accept the package if you feel it has been mishandled.

This is not something we do on regular basis, but on special request we can make that happen. For international shipments the customer will be charged the shipping fee and has to take responsibility of the duties in their respective country.

Order & Returns

  1. Simply Add the product you like to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout. 
  3. Apply the coupon code if you have any.
  4. Fill in your personal details. Leave a note if you have some specific instructions.
  5. Make the payment.
  6. You are all set!

Orders made via pinelabs with affordability offers cannot be changed or cancelled. We don't allow any alteration of the order once it is dispatched. In other circumstances when affordability is not used, we may allow a change or cancellation but that will be on case-to-case basis. Please refer to our cancellation policy or coordinate with our support team for this.

We allow guest checkout as well, so no account creation is not required but recommended.

You can do so by clicking on the order from your profile. You can also use Order Tracking option in the footer under the head My Account.

We personally make sure that each product that we procure, and sell is of the best quality.  To further ensure that all products reach you in best conditions we have partnered with Bluedart and Delhivery.        

 

In rare event where you might have received a package which is not in good condition, you must not accept it and should call us immediately, so we can arrange a new shipment for you.        

 

Though extremely rare and unlikely, in any event whereby everything seemed to be fine, but you still receive a product that does not work, i.e. the product has a manufacturing defect. In those unfortunate cases, you will have to visit the Apple Authorised Service Provider for further support. As we will be unable to return the product once it has been delivered to you.       

 

As we mentioned earlier, our team goes above and beyond to understand you and make you happy. Though some scenarios are not under our control and we are also governed by the policies of Apple India. We would always like to know if you experienced an issue with your order, and if possible, we may make an exception and provide you with an alternative. But that would all be on case by case basis and all receipts of Damaged/Defective products need to be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.       

 

 

Refunds        

Refunds are possible in the following cases:       

  1. Cancellation of an order prior to Invoicing/shipment.(Not applicable for Orders with Cashback.)      
  2. Where the customer was not available at the time of delivery attempts or refused to collect the delivery, with an exception to scenarios mentioned above. Returns for certain Apple products with serial no.s is not possible since the warranty gets updated post billing.       

 

For case 2, refund will be processes after we receive back the product. For both case 1 & 2, refunds will be processed and 4% restocking fee maybe levied. This fee is determined by using multiple factors, which accounts for, but is not limited to our shipping, administrative, payment gateway charges and product reorder projections. 

 

All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used by the customer while placing the order. Please note it may take up-to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your accounts, after it is processed.
