Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, our staff goes above and beyond to help and understand customer’s problem. Therefore, we created a very liberal cancellation policy. Cancellation will be easy if the shipment is not yet made for the order, but cancellation charges may apply. (Please refer to the return and refund policy below.)
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to entertain cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery. Also, orders received on special occasions and with special offers like on Holi, Diwali, Pongal, Valentine’s day, Republic and Independence Day, etc. won’t be possible as these are limited offers and are fulfilled for only selected customers.
Return and Refund Policy
We personally make sure that each product that we procure, and sell is of the best quality. To further ensure that all products reach you in best conditions we have partnered with Delhivery.
In rare event where you might have received a package which is not in good condition, you must not accept it and should call us immediately, so we can arrange a new shipment for you.
Though extremely rare and unlikely, in any event whereby everything seemed to be fine, but you still receive a product that does not work, i.e. the product has a manufacturing defect. In those unfortunate cases, you will have to visit the Apple Authorised Service Provider for further support. As we will be unable to return the product once it has been delivered to you.
As we mentioned earlier, our team goes above and beyond to understand you and make you happy. Though some scenarios are not under our control and we are also governed by the policies of Apple India. We would always like to know if you experienced an issue with your order, and if possible, we may make an exception and provide you with an alternative. But that would all be on case by case basis and all receipts of Damaged/Defective products need to be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are possible in the following cases:
For case 2, refund will be processes after we receive back the product. For both case 1 & 2, refunds will be processed and 4% restocking fee maybe levied. This fee is determined by using multiple factors, which accounts for, but is not limited to our shipping, administrative, payment gateway charges and product reorder projections.
All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used by the customer while placing the order. Please note it may take up-to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your accounts, after it is processed.
If you have ordered with us before, you must be aware that all our products are shipped with good packaging material and we take at-most care that the products have the necessary padding and cushioning for the safe transit.
All products shipped by us will have an invoice and the pricing of all the products will be as per Indian Tax Regulations.
SMRM Innovative Ventures Private Limited will not take any liability of loss that may occur due to a delayed delivery, we only guarantee to ship your order within 2 working days from the payment date of your order, unless an unforeseen circumstance/calamity arise.
We don’t charge any separate shipping charges and the prices listed on our website are inclusive of all the costs unless otherwise specified. Most deliveries are completed within 4 to 5 business days after placing the order.
We aim to keep every item on our website in stock and our website is designed to show the availability of the items in stock, if they are available in any of our retail locations. An event may arise where multiple people are trying to buy the same item, in this scenario your payment maybe processed but the product may no longer be available with us. In this event we will inform you within 2 working days or will refund your money for the out of stock item, unless settled in an alternate way.
SMRM Innovative Ventures Private limited can only process one shipping address per order. If you want to ship to multiple locations, you are requested to process a separate order for a separate location. Please note, while we will always try to ship all items in your order together, this may not be always possible; as it is subjected to product availability and product characteristics.
Risk of Loss
All items shipped by us are pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for the product is passed on to you upon it being delivered to the logistic carrier.

We, however, do not warrant that the product and its description and specifications or any other content of this site is 100% accurate, and error-free. If the product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in an unused condition.

Our pan India TAT is 4-5 working days and all orders are insured via transit insurance. So you can be sure that you will receive your order soon and you don't need to worry about mishandling of your order. Simply say no and don't accept the package if you feel it has been mishandled.
