Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions

The Customer hereby agrees to the following terms of Pre-Booking:   

• The Customer is voluntarily participating in the program and understands that this program does not guarantee that they will receive the product at the time of launch or even within any stipulated time frame.   
• This pre booking enables you to get an allocation on priority however does not ensure availability of device on the day of the launch. Colour and/or memory options of your choice is subject to availability.    
• The customer can Pre-Book a maximum of 1 unit from us as part of the program.   
• In case the customer is offered their preferred model of Apple Product, they agrees to complete the purchase transaction immediately and within a period not exceeding 24 hours, post which the booking will be put on hold.   
• The Customer agrees to use the device purchased from Radiant is for individual use only and will not resell this device to anybody else.   
• Radiant will not be liable in any way whatsoever, in case they are not able to fulfil the Customer’s demand of the registered iPhone / Apple product.   
• In case Radiant is not able to supply the product as per the Customer’s preference then refund of advance amount, if any, will be processed as per the refund / cancellation policy.   
• In order to cancel this registration, a written cancellation request will have to be submitted by the customer. Any refunds, if applicable, on cancellation will be processed as per the refund / cancellation policy.   
• The refund, if applicable, will be made via cheque or bank transfer  only and will be processed within 7-10 days of the cancellation request date.   
• In case of advance payments made through credit or debit card, a cancellation charge of 3% will be applicable.   
• Radiant reserves the right not to disclose any data pertaining to customer registrations to any customers or third party under this program. However we may share your data with Apple India Private Limited and its National Distributors in case needed for any validation of registrations or to enable supplies of products.   
• The offers available on iPhone may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice.   
• In case of any dispute, Radiant reserves the right to cancel the registration of the product at any time.   
• The company reserves the right to cancel/modify these pre booking terms & conditions at any point in time without prior notice.    
• Parties agree that any issues/legal dispute arising out of this pre booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Pathankot.
